Privacy Policy

The short version

Taxi Invoice does not collect any personal data. Everything you enter — your name, ABN, contact details, vehicle details, routes, and invoice history — is stored only on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us, our servers, or any third party.

What information we have access to

None. We do not operate any servers that interact with the app. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. The app works entirely offline once installed.

What's stored on your device

• The business details you entered during onboarding (your name, ABN, contact information, vehicle details, etc.)
• The routes you've added
• A history of invoices you've generated
• The next invoice number to be used

This information stays on your device. You can erase all of it at any time via Settings → "Erase all data". Uninstalling the app also deletes everything.

PDF generation and sharing

When you tap "Generate Invoice PDF", the app creates a PDF file on your device using Apple's built-in printing system, then opens iOS's standard share sheet so you can save, email, AirDrop, or otherwise send the file. We do not see, log, or transmit the contents of these PDFs.

Third-party services

The app uses Apple's standard iOS frameworks (printing, sharing, file storage) but does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no information at all, no information from children is collected.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected in app updates.
